I ran a test, remade a recent song, and the dynamics is so much better at -15LUFS.
Also i have noticed that there's still not running on mobile app, the original work was still loud at -7,8LUFS as I made it.
Conclusion: the normalisation makes "loudness wars" obsolete, encouraging creators to pursue high quality and high dynamic range for their music. I expect that everybody will embrace it, and forget about squeezing all the sounds near the 0dB, and let the music breathe.
